Welcome!

I am so grateful to serve you with 26 years of experience in therapeutic massage.  You deserve to get the body work you need to feel alive and hopeful.  One of my goals is to help you empower yourself with information, encouragement, and excellent massage techniques I've learned over the past two and a half decades. Learning, serving, and sharing is what makes life exciting and worthwhile. 

I'm also currently enrolled in Advanced Myofascial Technique with a brilliant man called Til Luchau, and plan to gain my certification as soon as possible.  You will love the benefits from this!  I am amazed at how quickly and easily his effective and simple techniques help soft tissue align and heal.  He is a certified Rolfer, and addresses all soft tissue injuries and malfunctions. His skills are a perfect fit to my previous training, which includes Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Therapy, Sports Massage: Pre and Post Event, Pregnancy Massage, Infant Massage, Trauma: Chronic and Acute Pain Relief, Carpal Tunnel, Cancer and Massage, Auto Injury assessment and treatment, Lymphatic bodywork, Trigger Point, AIS, and more.  You can fit a lot of classes into 26 years!  My personal mission statement is, "I serve God by serving others through Massage Therapy."
